The latest in CNC technology is working for you at WTM

WTM's latest addition to the roster of machine tools is our brand new Quickdrill CNC Drilling and Milling machine. Travels are 96" by 101" with a capacity for parts up to fifteen inches in height. The machine is of vertical spindle design, and features a fully automatic toolchanger and through-the-spindle coolant.

We can now offer a variety of milling services to our customers.

WTM is proud to announce the ability to perform precision drilling, tapping, and counterboring in a wide variety of customer parts. Patterns of holes will be produced exactly to your specifications, under the computer's control. Your drilling job will be performed in a cost-effective and time-saving manner.

Leading our computer technology is the WTM CNC Programming System. Customer parts are machined on one of our 12 CNC machines with a high degree of precision. The programming system and computer control work together, to assure that your parts are in tolerance.

Our up-to-date CAD/CAM system features AUTOCAD LT 2000 and CADKEY 98, with GEOTEC as our programming language. This software enables us to take a customers .dwg, .dxf, or .igs file, received by e-mail or on floppy disk, and accurately transform the file into a CNC part program. We can also create part programs from the more traditional format of paper drawings.

With an HP 1120C and a Design Jet 450 C, we also have the ability to print full-color drawings in sizes ranging from A (8.5x11) through D (22x34).
